Tuti Scott is a gender avenger and a speaker, author, and executive coach to philanthropists and team leaders. For 15 years her consulting firm, Changemaker Strategies, has guided organizations and leaders during times of transformation and transition advising on governance, visioning, culture and more. In 2019 and 2020, Tuti stepped down from Board Chair to serve as Interim CEO at Tides, during the organization’s unprecedented growth to mobilize $1.3 billion in 2020.

Building on a 30-year career in women’s leadership, Title IX protections, and strategic philanthropic consulting, she is now focused on bringing a social inclusion lens to philanthropy and investing via workshops, speaking, and coaching. Tuti writes about gender, philanthropy, values aligned investing, sports equity and more. Publications include Money, Gender, and Power - A Guide to Funding with a Gender Lens (2019) and Moving Money for Impact; A Guide to Investing with a Gender Lens (2021).
