Sana is a seasoned finance and investment professional, gender-smart investing specialist and global changemaker. She was previously Director of Strategy at 2X Global, where she led co-creation and implementation of the strategic plan across the organization's three core pillars, and drove collaboration and connectivity across the field. Her career has spanned gender finance, mission venture capital, development finance, impact investing and equity research. She is focused on leveraging capital as a tool for social change and to support deep and intersectional systemic shifts.

Director of Investments
Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Rose has spent the past 12 years as an investment professional, with a focus on climate, gender lens and impact investing. She currently works with Jacki Zehner, founder of SheMoney, both managing Jacki’s direct and fund investment portfolios, and creating resources and strategies designed to unlock more capital for women and other underestimated founders and fund managers.

Natalie brings 15 years of private market fund investment experience across asset classes, geographies and investment strategies.
