Accelerating proven climate and biodiversity solutions with women as agents of change.
Heading for Change is a donor-advised fund (DAF) launched with a $1MM endowment by Suzanne Biegel and Daniel Maskit to make catalytic investments and grants that accelerate proven solutions to the climate crisis and advance gender equity.
Our blended, multi-asset class demonstration portfolio reflects Suzanne’s global perspective and deep expertise in both gender and climate lens investing. Over 100 Donor-Partners have already joined Heading for Change, tripling the size of the endowment to nearly $3.5MM.

Join Us
Individuals and entities are welcome to become members of our Donor-Partner community. Contributions of any amount— whether $100 or $1MM— meaningfully advance our work.
It is our intention to build an inclusive Donor-Partner community to share knowledge and best practices on how to invest at the nexus of climate and gender. Heading for Change will share experiences and lessons in an open-sourced and transparent process, extending Suzanne’s influence as a potent ecosystem builder. Quarterly newsletters, educational seminars, impact reports, tools and resources related to climate-gender investing, and virtual meet-ups to celebrate our work together are all planned.
